Originating in Japan during the 19th century, Reiki is a lovely technique for stress reduction (and relaxation) that also promotes healing.

The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words: Rei which translates to "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Rei-ki is "spiritually guided life force energy."

Reiki treats the whole person (body, emotions, mind and spirit). Benefits include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and well-being. It works in conjunction with ALL other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery.

Think of it as a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement for anyone and everyone.

No longer offered as a stand-alone, Reiki energy is included in every session. If you wish to simply experience Reiki, and not have it combined with other modalities please schedule with Tamara and let her know at the beginning of your session.

Distance Reiki Healing Sessions

Everything is energy… and the Reiki energy knows no time and space in order for healing to take place.

Reiki energy connects with the energetic intelligence of your energy field, from the largest layer of your aura down to the energy of the tiniest cell in your body. The energy connects and heals from there.

A distance Reiki session is an opportunity for you to receive Reiki from wherever you are in the world.

Naturally balancing the nervous system - helping the body to heal more efficiently - Reiki is also beneficial for those healing from physical ailments (injury, surgery or illness).

Distance Reiki sessions are great support for anyone experiencing anxiety and stress, recovering from illness or surgery ….. or simply anyone who would like some energetic support during a time of change (job loss, death, divorce, new house, new family member, a pandemic). You don’t have to wait until you NEED it…receiving Reiki is good ANY time!

Distance Healing is offered at no charge. All you have to do is sign up, sit back, relax, and receive.

Every Sunday begins with prayers and sending distant Reiki to Mother Earth and all those that have specifically asked to be included (by submitting the form below). You will be included in the healing circle for the entire month and then your name will be removed. If you wish to continue to receive you must sign-up again (there are no limits, feel free to sign up EVERY month if you enjoy the support and peace Reiki provides).
